Com a revogação da recusa de visto, o TdC passou a considerar válido o contrato por ajuste direto entre o INEM e a Gulf Med, que terminou em outubro.
The Court of Auditors (TdC) revoked the previous decision to refuse the visa to the direct adjustment made by the INEM for the service of emergency helicopters, now considering this contract signed with Gulf Med.
